Why does the tax bite when you have two jobs?
Each employer has its own deduction system. If tax credits are not distributed, the second salary is often taxed more harshly.
Tofes 101 just tells you whether you have another job and how to account for benefits.
What to note on the card
Indicate the presence of additional work and follow the prompts of the form / accounting department for the distribution of נקודות זיכוי.
Do not copy the same “full” benefit to both employers without understanding the rules - this is a common mistake.

When to update 101
When you start a second job, quit one of them, change your main job, and at the beginning of the tax year.
Give the updated PDF to both employers (or whoever the accounting department directs).
