Employment contract and salary
The employer is obliged to pay on time, provide payslips and comply with labor laws.
Form 101 is part of the legal process, and not a piece of paper for a tick: without it, it is difficult to calculate taxes correctly.
Data privacy
Personal data from 101 is used for taxes and social security. The employer must not transfer them to third parties without reason.
